We are a boutique Executive Search firm established in 2008, engaged in assisting global client organizations in their Talent Acquisition needs at senior and middle management levels. Typical mandates executed cut across CXO and functional head positions in a wide variety of industry segments, including cross border assignments.
Prospect Partners was founded by Kumar Krishnan, a professional with over 2 decades of experience including those at senior levels across Consumer Durables, Banking, Managed Services and Executive Search. This experience was gained in prestigious global organizations including HSBC, ANZ Grindlays, MasterCard International and NCR Corporation. A strong sense of serving the customer combined with the ability to design and execute effective processes in a highly ethical manner drives Kumar in attempts to build a sustainable Executive Search business. Kumar holds a Master’s Degree in Marketing Management from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies.
Kumar is supported by a team of highly experienced Search professionals with strong capabilities in conducting industry research to identify, engage and qualify candidates who would offer good fitments to customer mandates. The team would typically have a high understanding of the domains that they are expected to serve.
